Is there a minimum order? |back to top|

No. The MVStore and He-Store have no minimum order.
But you may want to read about our shipping costs before you proceed.

Am I guaranteed to receive everything I order? |back to top|

From time to time, products go out-of-stock as your order is placed.
If this occurs, and your order is for out-of-stock products only, your order will be cancelled.
In this instance:
If you paid with a credit card: It will not be charged.
If you paid with PayPal: your payment will be refunded.

If your order has been processed previously because part of your order was in-stock and has been shipped, you will be refunded the full cost of the out-of-stock product alone. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
In this instance:
If you pay with a credit card: Refunds will be in the form of a check minus shipping. Your credit card will not be credited..
If you paid with PayPal: your payment will be refunded minus shipping.

Once you have created an account, you should be able to order and reorder any time you wish.
Sometimes an out-of-date web browser will have problems with security encryption.
Please make sure you have the latest browser available for your system.
You can find up-to-date web browsers at sites like:

We are not responsible for support or problems associated with the downloading, installing, and/or use of any application.
Other times, it could be a corrupt cache file or cookie setting. If you are having continual problems, and your browser is up-to-date, you may want to consider deleting your cookies and cache and restarting your browser.

What is a preorder item? / Why can't I order preorder items with other items?|back to top|

A preorder item is an item that is not yet available to the public from the company/distributor that sells it. These items can be preordered ahead of time to avoid instances where they may sell out or are in high demand which may delay shipping.
For all items, o
ur store calculator determines shipping based on weight.
Because of this, preorder items must be ordered separately from other preorder items or nonpreorder items to determind accurate shipping as it will ship separately and be subject to its own fuel and surcharges.
Ex: If the Mer-Man bust was only available to preorder, you may order 1 or more Mer-Man busts.
You may not order Mer-Man busts combined with any other merchandise.
Orders that do not honor this will be deleted.

How long before my order is processed? |back to top|

We confirm orders, on average, 5 business days of when the order was placed.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
It is extremely important that your e-mail address is accurate!
Otherwise, you will not receive a confirmation!
Orders are processed when merchandise arrives from distributor or is confirmed to be in route to us from the distributor. That way we have your order, or part of your order, in hand before we charge you.

How long after processing before my order ships? |back to top|

Most of the wait time is in the distributors hands.
The MVStore and He-Store are not like other retailers who have warehouses of stock.
We place orders "on demand," meaning we handle orders as we receive them.
Once a week, we order product to fill the orders placed.
Sometimes we have the items in stock. Other times the item is a Preorder item or has to be ordered to meet your request.
Once the product(s) arrives, we process your order and ship the product(s) to you.
The distributor typically delivers good to us in a week after we place our orders.
But some times they aren't as speedy as we all hoped and it can take weeks.
Look for regular updates on http://www.he-man.org/ for He-Store specific products, and any delays we may encounter from the distributor.
We apologize for any unforeseen delays this may cause. But it's all part of being able to offer you the best prices available.

Are there any limits on what I can purchase? |back to top|

There are currently no limits on what you can purchase.
If and when we sell individual figures, we expect to limit them one per person to avoid people taking advantage of our reduced prices.
For cases, we offer additional discounts for large orders. Please inquire via e-mail if you have a case order of 10 or more cases of the same assortment.

Can I cancel my order? |back to top|

If the order has not been processed, it can be cancelled for the full amount.
But many orders are processed the same day.
We do not process orders until part or all of the order is due to ship.
Once it has been processed, you cannot cancel your order.


Products:

Why are some figures cheaper in, or only available in, cases? |back to top|

Case assortments carry a variety of figures. While we do our best to make sure the case assortments available are the most versatile, there are instances where cases contain figures not necessarily desired. We sell cases in their entirety to keep the individual prices down, and keep our product continually updated to allow for new assortments.
Case assortments are shipped as described. No custom case assortments are allowed.

Will you be selling individual figures? |back to top|

Originally, we planned to sell individual figures.
But based on the difficulty of getting case orders in a timely fashion from the distributor and the taxing process of maintaining inventory on individual figures, we will only be selling cases.
Also, highly demanded figures would have cost significantly more because of the risk of the MVStore sitting on back stock, ultimately costing us more money which would hurt everyone.

Are all of your items packaged? |back to top|

We send items to you in their original, unopened packaging.

Are all of your packaged products in mint condition? |back to top|

All packaged products are shipped to you case-fresh, which means they have had no shelf life beyond how they were received from the distributor. But this still does not guarantee products will be pristine in condition. We do our best to insure the product you receive is of the best quality. But due to the varying opinions on what near-mint and mint quantifies, we are not responsible for imperfections of your order.
Colors of product may vary from photographs on site.

Do you accept returns? |back to top|

All sales are final. Please make sure you are confident with your selection before placing your order.
We are not responsible for good damaged by the courier.
If you feel your order was damaged in transit by UPS, you will have to file a claim with UPS for a refund. But there is no guarantee of any restitution beyond 50.00, if any at all.
For USPS, we do not offer insurance and no claim can be filed.
While damages rarely happen, we do ask that you consider this risk before hand.

What exclusives will you offer and when can I order? |back to top|

Toy, bust, and comic exclusives are random in nature. When one becomes available, we will make an announcement on He-Man.org to forewarn you of its availability.
We cannot specify what exclusives we have planned.

Do you offer or know of somewhere that sells figure stands? |back to top|

We are currently working to find and/or produce figure stands that work with Masters figures.
We will post more information on the main page of He-Man.org as it becomes available.

Will you offer <insert name of product>? |back to top|

The MVStore and the He-Store sell product that is available to all retailers, with the exception of exclusives. We do our best to track down and offer for sale items that are in short quantity and/or isolated to certain regions of the world. But there is no guarantee we can offer any particular product. All products that we have to offer are currently available on the store. Check back regularly for new product or changes to existing product.

What forms of payment do you accept? |back to top|

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal.
No other form of payment is accepted.

PayPal is not an option in the Shopping cart, so how do I pay with PayPal? |back to top|

Paying with PayPal is fairly easy.
When Checking Out via the shopping cart, select "On Account" as your payment option.
Enter "PayPal" as your account number.
When your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation and total with shipping.
Then, return to the MVStore main page and click on the Pay with PayPal link to pay the total amount specified in your confirmation.
Make sure your contact information in PayPal matches that of your order so we can identify your payment! Please include your name, address, and order number! That is very important!
ALL PAYPAL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CONFIRMATION OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED!
The 24 count down doesn't begin until your order is processed! So keep an eye out for your order confirmation, which can take up to one week to process.

Do you charge Sale Tax? |back to top|

We only charge sales tax on Virginia orders.
Virginia orders are subject to a 4.5% tax.

What are my shipping options in the US? |back to top|

For the Continental US:
We ship all orders UPS Ground.
We do not offer any other UPS shipping options such as Express, 2nd Day Air, etc.
Packages are automatically insured up to 50.00.
We do not offer additional insurance.
With smaller orders, such as 1 or 2 comics, we will send your order via Tracking Confirmed, USPS Priority Mail for a minimum charge of 4.00 US.
We do not offer insurance on USPS shipments.
For Alaska, Hawaii, APOs, Puerto Rico and all other US territories:
We ship USPS Ground Parcel Post if available. We reserve the right to ship USPS Air Parcel.
With smaller orders, such as 1 or 2 comics, we will send your order via Tracking Confirmed, USPS Priority Mail (where available) for a minimum charge of 4.00 US.
We do not offer insurance.
We offer tracking automatically if available.

We ship worldwide.
We only use USPS Air Parcel or Air Letter.
We do not offer insurance.
We do not offer package tracking.

Please bear this in mind before placing an order.
For Masters of the Universe Comics:
We only ship to Canada, Austria, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK.
We only use USPS Air Parcel or Air Letter.
We do not offer insurance.
We do not offer package tracking.
Items are typically packaged individually.
You are responsible for all customs fees.
Please bear this in mind before placing an order.
For Posters and Lithographs:
We only ship to the US.

What are your shipping and handling rates? |back to top|

All shipping prices are determined by weight and size of package, as well as cost of packaging material and handling fees.
These rates are determined solely by the MVStore.
US rates are calculated at the time of purchase.
If you ordered 1 to 2 comic, and the shipping is uncalculated, we will automatically bill the S/H at 4.00 for USPS shipping.
International rates are calculated after you place your order.
While we do our best to keep costs low, international rates are expensive!
You can get a rough estimate of what to expect with international rates via the USPS Online International Rate Calculator.
Individual cases average 8 to 20 lbs when prepared for shipping. This does not account for cost of packing supplies and handling fees.
If you want to estimate your shipping cost, note the weights listed with the item (this is the packaged weight), use the Calculator above for Airmail Parcel Post for each case and add 3.00 per package.
Placing an order means you agree to whatever rate charges we apply.

How do you pack your orders? |back to top|

Cases are double boxed with extra cushion for added security. We aim to send out figures in their best condition, and double box them to insure they make it to you just like they were when we boxed them.
All cases are individually boxed. We do not package cases into one box.
Busts and Statues come in their original packaging and are double boxed with additional cushion for safety.
Comics are bagged and boarded and wrapped in additional packaging.
Posters are rolled in plastic. Both Posters and Lithographs are protected at each end by cushion and shipped in a sturdy triangular mailing tube.

How long does it take for me to receive my order? |back to top|

In-Stock Busts, Statues, Comics and Lithographs are processed and shipped 5 to 10 business days after you place your order.
In-Stock toys and orders combined with toys are processed and shipped anywhere from 10 to 20 business days after you place your order.
Presale items are processed and shipped 5 to 10 business days after the expected arrival date. The arrival date on presale items is subject to change.
We are not responsible for the length of time a courier takes to deliver an order once it is shipped.

Will all of my items arrive at the same time? |back to top|

That depends upon what combination of items you ordered.
Any in-stock items will be shipped according to our processing times.
Any out-of-stock and presale items will ship when they become available.
