Who is Enigma? Even he doesn't know.

Working professionally since 1998, Enigma has been applying his brand of colors to almost everything that he can get his hands on. At the end of 2000, he went to work at Hi-Fi Design where he became a driving force in the studio.

Enigma has been unknowingly crafting a style throughout the years. Not drawn in by the flash of pretty effects and textures, Enigma feels that coloring should be an accent to the art he works on. His coloring concentrates on being an aid to story telling, bringing the art to life. If you see the colors instead of the entire piece, then he hasn't accomplished his goal.

His own art revolves around life illustration. Thinking of himself as a human Xerox, he spends a great deal of time and effort replicating what he sees with exact detail. Portrait work is of great interest to this artist.

Enigma, with the help of Funk-O-Tron, has created and overseen the production of Double Take. This comic showcases art from up-and-coming artists. What the future holds for these properties is up to their individual creators. But, Enigma is pleased he could offer the opportunity of being published to hard working artists and writers.



What does the future hold for Enigma? That remains to be seen. He loves his craft and works hard every day to progress even further. And he hopes to make publishers, artists, and fans happy for years to come.
